First Sunset

Our first sunset. Boat is launched complete with it's depthsounder fitted in the parking area by Bobby & Kobus. Fire is going and the MGD's are frosty!

Made it to our first fuel stop. James' Toyota Highlander is pulling the boat fine with Tenzin, Bobby, James and I in the car too.

Mara, with Lynn and our kids should be meeting up with Krista & Nanci at the campsite on Goose Island. Kobus & Jami are already at the site...already jammed with campers.

We should be in La Crosse within 40 mins (trip durn about 3.5hrs). Bobby & I will put in while James & Tenzin do some grocery shopping. Mila and Danu are looking fwd to cruising our first 10 miles down to Goose Is.

We will say our goodbyes tomorrow am and then it will be the 4 of us and the river...
